When will your bike be ready?
We strive for a 48 hour turnaround time, once the bike is dropped off and checked in at the service counter in-store. As long as the parts needed are in-stock, you'll be rolling in no time! No need to make an appointment.

We take service appointment to accommodate our out of city customers. If you are from outside Regina, and require ahead-of-time planning for same day service of your bike, please fill out this form and we get back to you, confirming your appointment:

At Western Cycle, our dedicated team is here to support you and your e-bike with timely, honest, and expert service. While there are limitations to what we can do for certain e-bikes, our E-Bike Service Policy is designed to accommodate as much as possible of the wide variety of e-bike platforms, brands, and purchasing options available today. We're committed to helping as many members of the bicycle community as possible, and we’re continually expanding our arsenal of tools and knowledge to stay ahead of the latest e-bike technology and keep you riding smoothly. Bicycle Brands Not Sold by Western Cycle with Drive Units Used by Western Cycle Models
- Partially supported as some variations may require proprietary interfaces or tooling.
Battery removal may or may not be required.
Keys, chargers, and batteries will be needed for service.
Additional charges of up to $100 per hour will apply.
These include; Shimano, Bosch, TQ, and Fauza drive units, as well as some Bafang drive systems, if equipped with the optional BESST Diagnostic Interface from factory.
Bicycle Brands Not Sold by Western Cycle with Other Drive Units
- May or may not be supported as some variations may require proprietary interfaces or tooling.
Battery removal will be required as unknown batteries will not be allowed on premises overnight.
Keys, chargers, and batteries will be needed for service of any drive functions.
Same day drop off and pick up may be required if the batteries must be on store property for bike service to be conducted.
Additional charges of up to $100 per hour will apply for all driveline services.
Unrestricted throttle equipped bikes will not be accepted.

Service Package Options
For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Labour charges listed above do not include any parts which may be necessary to complete your bike's maintenance. When your bike is dropped off, a service writer will assess your bike, and inform you of any possible parts that may need to be replaced. Should an issue come up during the maintenance or repair process, you will be contacted regarding any possible increase in cost.
2-Day Turn-around
Bicycles can be dropped off for service during store hours. Two day turn-around based on first-come first-serve basis, available technician hours, and contingent upon part and component inventory. Days Western Cycle is closed are not used in 48-hour calculations.
Electric Bikes
Electric bikes (e-bikes) may be subject to an additional surcharge.
Home Bike Repair
We recommend having a few products at home to help you keep your bike in excellent working condition between your annual tune-ups. We have an excellent selection of essential tools, lubricants and cleaning products, and quality work stands. Shop online and pickup your items for free on your next shop visit.
