Great Places to Ride - Western Cycle
Regina delivers rides to remember
Western Cycle has been serving and riding in Regina since 1912, which means we’ve found some of the best places for two-wheeled adventure — and we want to share them with you!
Any cyclist will enjoy the bike paths surrounding Wascana Lake, which include scenic overlooks of natural landmarks, like the islands found throughout the lake.
Road riders have easy access to great training rides on the Bypass, or can explore a little further with routes like the Lumsden Loop or the Echo Valley 100.
Gravel grinders should start with the classic Shop Gravel Loop and can dip their toes into the world of bikepacking on the Quest for the Last Mountain or Echo/Rowan.
Mountain bikers looking for a little trail-riding fun should head to Wascana Trails or Buffalo Pound Provincial Park. There, shredding singletrack and sending it in the valley will make you forget that you're riding in the heart of the prairies.
The Regina fat biking scene has also grown in leaps and bounds for any rider who loves a good cruise in the snow.
