2. Secure Checkout & Payment

Once you've selected your bike, proceed to checkout. We accept major credit cards, financing options, and gift cards. Your payment is securely processed, and you'll receive an order confirmation via email.

To ensure a safe and secure transaction, we may require additional identity verification. If needed, we’ll reach out to request:

  • A selfie

  • A photo of your driver’s license

  • A photo of the credit card used for purchase (only the LAST 4 DIGITS and your name should be visible) We typically reach out via text for this, but can also accommodate a video chat if that is preferred.

This step helps protect both you and us from fraud and unauthorized purchases.

4. Technician Inspection & Packaging

Before shipping, each bike undergoes a thorough inspection by our qualified technicians. This includes:

  • A full quality check

  • Proper indexing of gears

  • Bedding in of disc brakes

  • Ensuring all mechanical aspects are functioning perfectly

  • All accessories installed and all electronics fully charged

  • All peripheral items safely packaged inside the box.

Once the bike has passed inspection, it is carefully disassembled as needed and packaged using foam and protective materials to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

4. Delivery

  • Home Delivery (Where Available) – Most of our bikes are eligible for shipping. These will arrive mostly assembled, but the handlebar, front wheel, pedals (if included), and seat post will need to be re-installed.
  • Signature will be required for bicycle delivery.

    - Shipping rates will vary depending on the bicycle in question, and delivery location.

5. Ready to Ride

For Shipped Bikes:

Our number one recommendation is for you to bring your new bike to your local bike shop and have a certified technician reassemble your bicycle. If you decide to reassemble the bike yourself, you will need, but not limited to, the following tools:

  • A set of Allen keys (Hex wrenches)

  • A torque wrench

  • Pedal wrench

  • Tire pump with a gauge

  • Assembly grease

6. Our Guarantee & Support

  • Ongoing Service & Warranty – We stand behind our bikes with expert service and manufacturer warranties.
