Do I need an appointment for a tune-up?
No appointment needed! Just roll your bike into our Service Department during business hours. We run on a first-come, first-served system. (Out-of-town customers can contact us for same-day arrangements.)
How long will my tune-up take?
Our goal is a 48-hour turnaround for all tune-up packages (parts permitting). Peak season can extend wait times, but we’ll always give you a clear estimate when you check in.
What’s the difference between Basic, Standard, and Complete?
Basic ensures safe function and ride readiness. Standard adds performance-level adjustments and a deeper drivetrain clean. Complete is the full overhaul—your bike is taken down, cleaned, refreshed, and rebuilt.
Do your tune-ups include parts?
All services include labour only. If your bike needs replacement parts, we’ll always check with you before installing anything.
How often should I get my bike tuned?
Most riders benefit from a yearly Standard Service. Higher-mileage cyclists or commuters often choose twice per season. E-bikes may require more frequent attention due to their higher torque and power loads.
Can you tune any brand of bike?
Yes — we work on virtually all makes and models, including e-bikes. If we run into a manufacturer-specific limitation, we’ll let you know before proceeding.
