What We Do

Full Suspension Service

Every fork or shock we service gets the same top-tier attention, whether it’s a simple air can service or a full damper rebuild.

Complete Disassembly & Inspection
We strip it down, inspect every component, and clean it like it’s our own.

Seal & Wiper Replacement
We replace worn seals to stop leaks and keep everything smooth.

Fluid Flush & Refill
Fresh, high-performance suspension fluid for consistent damping and buttery feel.

Bleeding & Reassembly
All air is removed from the system for optimal performance on the trail.

Nitrogen Recharge
Your damper is recharged with dry nitrogen gas (not air) for consistent pressure, less fade, and no moisture buildup.

Ready to Roll Savings

Your best ride starts with smooth, reliable suspension — and now’s the perfect time to service it.

Why Nitrogen?

Plain air just doesn’t cut it. Nitrogen is:

Dry and Stable — Won’t introduce moisture into your system
Consistent Under Pressure — Doesn’t expand/contract as much with heat
Longer-Lasting — Less fluctuation = more ride time between services
Doesn’t Cause Oxidization — Keeps internal components cleaner and corrosion-free

We use the same pro-level fill kits and tanks as top race techs.

When Should You Service Your Suspension?

Think of it like your drivetrain—ignore it and it’ll wear out faster (and cost more). Regular maintenance = better performance, longer life, and fewer surprises.

General Guidelines:

Air Can Service – Every ~50 riding hours

Full Service (damper + air) – Every 100–125 hours or once a year

Ride hard or often? Trail dust, mud, and big hits mean you might need more frequent service.

Not sure what you need? Bring it in and we’ll inspect it free of charge.

Trusted by Riders & Local Shops Alike

We’ve invested in the tooling, training, and time to become the go-to suspension shop in Saskatchewan—and beyond. We proudly service forks and shocks for individual riders and other bike shops who need fast, reliable turnarounds at fair prices.

Drop Off or Let Us Pick It Up

We offer $25-per-direction pickup and delivery service across Regina. Can’t make it in? We’ll grab your bike, perform the service, and bring it back ready to rip.

FAQ

Do I need to remove my suspension before bringing it in?
No — bring the whole bike. We’ll remove and reinstall the components as part of the service.

What brands of suspension do you service?
RockShox, FOX, Marzocchi, Manitou, SR Suntour, and most serviceable models. If a unit requires factory-only repair, we’ll coordinate that for you.

How often should my suspension be serviced?
Most riders benefit from:

Fork lowers: Every 50 hours of riding

Air can service: Every 50–100 hours

Full damper service: Annually or every 125–200 hours

Can you rebuild dampers in-house?
Yes — we perform a wide range of in-house services, and the rest through trusted external service partners.

Is nitrogen filling better than standard air?
Yes. Nitrogen is dry, stable, doesn’t cause oxidization, and holds pressure more consistently under heat.

Are suspension services included in tune-ups?
Suspension work is separate from tune-up packages due to the specialized tools, oils, and time required.
