Bought your bicycle somewhere else?
Our experienced team of technicians are ready and willing to take on almost everything. We fix any make and model of non-electric bicycles out there, from vintage rides you're restoring from the good 'ole days to modern space-ship like super-bikes, we can do it all.
Bought your electric bike somewhere else?
Unfortunately, this is where it gets a bit more complicated. With the increasing number of e-bike brands out there, and the non-standardization of electrical systems and components, we are unable to accept the majority of electric bikes not purchased from us into our store for repair. There are two exceptions to this policy:
If the e-bike is equipped with a mid-drive Bosch or Shimano motor, or if the bike is a Rad Power brand e-bike.
We have this policy in place because we strongly believe in being 100% equipped with tooling and supply-chain access to the entire scope of the bicycle we are working on. We are actively working toward becoming certified service providers for more brands in the near future.
When will your bike be ready?
We strive for a 48 hour turnaround time, once the bike is dropped off and checked in at the service counter in-store. As long as the parts needed are in-stock, you'll be rolling in no time! No need to make an appointment.

We take service appointment to accommodate our out of city customers. If you are from outside Regina, and require ahead-of-time planning for same day service of your bike, please fill out this form and we get back to you, confirming your appointment:
